• Send invite codes, platform updates, and product newsletters related to Grid.

By accessing or using Grid ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

2. Verified Founder Access & Posting Rights

Grid enforces a two-tier account architecture:

• Verified Founders: Publishing, uploading video reels, and posting updates are restricted exclusively to verified founder profiles upon identity and venture validation.
• Supporters & Followers: General accounts may follow founders, comment on public logs, and engage with verified content, but hold no publishing rights.

3. User Conduct & Content Guidelines

You agree not to post, upload, or transmit any content that:

• Is fraudulent, misleading, or impersonates another builder, company, or entity.
• Contains malicious software, spam, unverified financial solicitations, or unauthorized advertising.
• Violates intellectual property rights or confidentiality agreements.

Grid reserves the right to terminate accounts or revoke posting privileges for any violation of these guidelines.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all progress logs, video reels, and code snippets you upload to Grid. By posting content, you grant Grid a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and stream your media within the Platform feed.

5. Limitation of Liability

Grid is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Grid Inc. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, service modifications, or data loss.

At Grid, protecting builder identity and platform data is our highest priority. Our architecture incorporates enterprise-grade security standards:

• Encryption in Transit: All web traffic is encrypted using TLS 1.3 protocols with mandatory HTTPS enforcement.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Database records and media streams are backed by Firebase/Firestore and hosted on SOC 2 Type II certified cloud datacenters.

2. Authentication & Verification

To preserve signal quality and prevent account takeovers, Grid implements multifactor authentication checks, secure token session management, and manual/automated identity verification prior to granting publishing rights.

3. Media Storage & Uncompressed Streaming

Video reels and dev logs are stored using cryptographically signed access tokens, ensuring that media resources cannot be tampered with or scraped by unauthorized automated bots.

4. Vulnerability Disclosure & Reporting

We welcome security researchers and community feedback. If you discover a security vulnerability on Grid, please report it immediately to our team at security@grid-byvastor.co.uk. We review all reports within 24 hours.
